Apartamenty Parkova

Overview

On a plot of land at ul. Kosynierów, Parkowa and Pileckiego Streets, non-trivial buildings will be constructed with a total of 198 apartments. The project involves the construction of two apartment buildings. In one, a five-story building , 150 apartments are planned, and in the other, a three-story building, 48 apartments are planned.

Future tenants will have at their disposal apartments: 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments ranging in size from 26 to 62 sqm. Worth noting are the spacious balconies on the upper floors and the gardens assigned to the first floor apartments. It is planned to provide 299 parking spaces. In each building, individual staircases will be equipped with low-noise elevators. The buildings will relate in character to their neighbors. The effect will be achieved through the use of pitched roofs, light-colored facades and accentuating the top floors with clinker bricks. In planning the common space in front of the buildings, the focus was on rest and recreation.

The location of the investment on the map of the city allows for quick access to industrial areas in Swidnica. Very good road connections will translate into quick and convenient access to Wroclaw. Considered a tourist pearl of Lower Silesia, Swidnica is a city that impresses with its architecture. The wonderful market square, the Old Town and the unique Church of Peace, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will be places worth returning to. Proximity to stores, public transportation stops and educational institutions will be another advantage. Those who focus on a healthy lifestyle will not be bored. Adjacent to the apartment buildings is a complex of sports fields and two parks - Saperów and Ulanów. Slightly farther away is the picturesque Witoszówka Reservoir, where you can go kayaking, water cycling and sailing.
