Lipa Piotrowska

The project on Lipa Piotrowska will include the construction of a complex of fifteen multi-family residential buildings of three stories with five underground garages, with low-noise elevators moving between all floors, along with landscaping and technical infrastructure at ul. Lawendowa/Melisowa in Wrocław. The project has been divided into 3 phases. The first stage of the investment - Investment Task No. 1, will consist of 6 multi-family buildings of 9 units, with one staircase, forming 2 building complexes linked by common underground garages: buildings B1, B2, B3, Garage 1 and buildings B4, B5, B6, Garage 3. In the second stage - Investment Task No. 2, 8 multi-family buildings of 9 units, with one staircase, will be built, also forming 2 groups of buildings linked by common underground garages: buildings A1, A2, A3, A4, Garage 2 and A5, A6, A7, A8, Garage 4. In the third stage - Investment Task No. 3, a stand-alone 24-unit multi-family residential building will be built - Building C, with underground garage, Garage 5. Apartments on the first floor will have gardens of 16 to 78 sq m or balconies of about 5 sq m, apartments on all upper floors have balconies. The layouts of the apartments have been designed very spacious, with large windows in which external blinds will be installed. In addition, the development will include 200 parking spaces in underground garages and 25 above-ground parking spaces, storage units, bicycle racks, a playground, and the area around the buildings will be landscaped with park-like greenery.
