The project is distinguished by terraces that will belong to apartments located on the top floor. The first floor of the building will also include commercial premises. The smart home system controls the temperature, turns off the apartment's water supply in the absence of the owners, cuts off the electricity supply to the outlets when necessary and turns off the lights in all rooms when the owners leave the apartment. Our new apartments will be located near the Jerozolimskie Avenue train station, from where you can reach the city center in a quarter of an hour. You will also be able to get from Avenir to shopping and service centers such as Blue City and Atrium Reduta in 5 minutes by car, and to Park Szczęśliwicki in 10 minutes by bicycle.
