Astelia Park

Astelia Park is an intimate housing development that will soon be built in Warsaw's Białołęka district, between Berensona and Kąty Grodziskie streets. The first stage involves the construction of two multi-family buildings, which will include a variety of apartments spread over four floors. The designers made sure that all dwellings will meet the expectations of their future residents, so special attention was focused on: - high windows, including corner windows, thanks to which even more sunlight and natural light will reach the interiors - ergonomic rooms and comfortable layouts, so that they can be easily arranged - private gardens on the first floor level, which will enlarge the living area and give the opportunity to relax freely among the greenery - balconies and loggias, protected by glass balustrades. In addition, the buildings will be equipped with elevators and underground parking. The appropriate setting of common areas has not been forgotten either. Care has been taken to ensure that the entrance to the housing estate and the internal communications are safe, so the area will be fenced and the internal roads will be designed in such a way that moving around them is efficient and without danger. The common parts also include greenery, which will certainly not be lacking here.
