Green areas have been carefully designed on the project site, where specially selected plant species - mainly deciduous shrubs - have been introduced to increase the efficiency of air filtration, and thus also fight smog. Thanks to a water recovery system, rainwater will be used to water the greens. In the common areas there are also boxes and drinkers for birds and insects, whose presence will contribute to the preservation of biodiversity in the estate.
