Modern Mokotow

The development is located in the quarter of Wołoska, Marynarska, Domaniewska and Postępu streets, vis-à-vis Westfield Mokotów. The neighborhood combines the functional modernity of Służewiec with the proximity of parks and urban attractions of Old Mokotów. You'll find everything you need to enjoy city life within a few minutes' walk or bike ride. Green-blue infrastructure that positively contributes to the quality of life in the urban ecosystem. Planted with colorful dominant plants and furnished with comfortable resting equipment, they will be pleasant places for neighborhood gatherings outdoors among the greenery. A multifunctional playground, centrally located in the inner green zone of the first stage of Modern Mokotow, has been equipped to complement the functions of the linear park, to delight children of all ages, and to create an intimate space of respite for parents.
