New apartments for sale in Warsaw's Goclaw district is a project from nsMoon Studio. The architects' goal was to create comfortable and peaceful living conditions for the future residents of the development. The second idea, guiding the conceptual work, was to introduce all-city functions into the project, which will enable buyers to enjoy the services and amenities characteristic of a large city. The designed complex is a combination of 3 zones: private, semi-private and public. The development of the estate creates closed, separated and intimate courtyards with greenery elements, small architectural forms and playgrounds for children. The investment is characterized by universal, timeless architecture with simple blocks and light colors. There is also no shortage of convenient solutions in the common areas, such as bike racks, a safe playground, accessibility for people with disabilities and parents with baby carriages, quiet elevators, and energy-efficient lighting. The building will include an underground garage with parking spaces. Residents will be pleased with the functional layouts of the apartments, as well as the fact that each "M" will have a balcony, loggia, terrace or private garden.
